Davy Sweazey is a project manager by nature and loves a good checklist. She’s passionate about understanding goals, identifying the steps needed to reach them, and communicating clearly with the people involved along the way.

Whether managing a large cross-functional program at a fintech company, a law firm practice launch, or a data migration for a small business, she can be counted on to understand the big picture and address the details. 

A few of her favorite accomplishments include…
– Helping a small firm choose and implement a new CRM, then develop workflows to provide a more consistent client experience.
– Managing a high-impact project on a tight deadline, working closely with executive leadership, product, relationship management, client service, marketing, and training teams.
– Documenting processes and procedures in a variety of roles and companies to ensure consistency and efficiency.

Outside of work, Davy enjoys spending time with her husband and her dog, training for her next race, or planning activities for her 15 nieces and nephews.
